Only members of the West Australian Floral Art Society Inc were eligible to enter Design were contained within an area of a square of 60cm sides. Low staging was provided for these exhibits, which could constructed offsite and brought to the venue on the day of competition.

metal stands were provided, as staging. Finished design not to exceed 92cm in width and 60cm in
depth. Exhibits could be constructed off site and brought to the venue on
the day of competition.
